- Project 1: Leadership Project
- Working collaboratively with a leadership team, create a system for offering school-wide professional development on project based learning with a STEAM (science, technology, engineering, art and math) focus to educators of English language learners.
- Project 2: Professional Development on the Common Core State Standards
- Design and facilitate year long professional development sessions for the Para Los Niños teachers on the Common Core State Standards.
- Project 3: Administrative Internship
- As an intern to the superintendent of schools and acting principal at Para Los Niños Charter schools, assist with daily and weekly activities, such as attendance at leadership and executive meetings, teacher classroom observations and a variety of projects.
- Project 4: Young Storytellers Program
- Serve as a liaison for the Young Storytellers Program. Work with community organizations to recruit and train volunteers to mentor ten 5th grade students over an eight week period to create an original screen play.
