- Leadership Project: Developing a Comprehensive Advisory Curriculum
- In this category is the work that was done together with my Action Team around the development of a comprehensive Advisory curriculum.
- Instructional Leadership Team (ILT)
- In this category, I explain my role and the purpose of this committee.
- Promoting Graduation and College and Career Readiness
- Collaboration with grade level teachers, students and parents in an effort to ensure 100% graduation for 8th and 12th grades.
- Student Exchange Program
- In an effort to provide more opportunities for our students to visit abroad, I assisted the Lead Teacher in the development of our first Student Exchange Program.
- Master Program Institute (MPI)
- I became certificated in the Master Program Institute, which is a ten week training designed specifically for school Administrators on how to build an effective, student-centered Master Schedule.
